Frequently Asked Questions
We understand you may have some questions when it comes to selling your motorbike. Let our experience in buying and selling motorcycles put your mind at rest!
How Does The Process Work?
Step 1- Complete the quick application on our apply page
Step 2 - Receive your evaluation (subject to further information) via email.
Step 3 - If you are happy to go ahead - reply back to us and we will contact you to discuss your bike in further detail.
Step 4 - Secure a date for collection
Step 5 - Get Paid!
How Do I Get Paid?
Once our driver has completed the necessary checks - We will take your account number and sort code and complete a transfer there and then. Only when you have confirmed the money has landed in your account, we will load the bike into our Van and then exchange the paperwork.
Of course we can! Depending on the situation with your finance we have 2 ways of buying your bike. Firstly we would need an up to date settlement figure from your finance company.
If your bike is in positive equity we will pay the difference between your settlement and the value of your bike directly into your account and settle the agreement when the bike lands back with us.
If you are in Negative equity, we would take a payment from yourself that covers the difference between the settlement and the value and then settle the finance in full when the bike lands back with us.
My Bike Has Outstanding Finance - Can You Still Buy It?
Do You Try To Knock Me Down When It Comes To The Day Of Collection?
We want the collection process to be as smooth as possible, the reason you have come to us is to avoid the tyre kicking process of a private sell! It’s in your own interest to describe your bike to us accurately during the phone call when booking your bike in for collection. If the driver notices any discrepancies when on site with you, we may have to lower the valuation, otherwise what we agree is what we pay!
Do You Buy Any Motorbike?
Everything has a Value! Wether its £50 to £10,000 we will do our best to offer a fair price for your bike.
What Do I Need On The Day Of Collection?
We Require the V5 and 1 Key as a bare minimum when purchasing your bike ( Pre discussed and valued during the application stage ) On the day of collection, a form of ID matching the information on the V5C will be required.
